Below are some frequently asked questions and/or concerns of our customers have before purchasing.
Orders are made to order and fully customized, therefor orders are not refundable. Any items that are defective will be replaced.
It is recommended that customers measure their wrists, or standard sizing will be used. Local customers can bring their items to be resized as a one time courtesy. Shipped items can be sent in for resizing at the customer's expense.
Orders including all in-stock items will be made within 3-5 days. Any materials needing to be ordered will delay processing time.
Items may be expedited at the discretion of the business owner and is determined by current workload and availability. Any items needing to be expedited will be charged an additional $5.00 fee to expedite. There will be no same day orders.
All jewelry should be removed when bathing or swimming. It is recommended that jewelry be stored in a jewelry box or the pouch the item comes in.
